Ransom Riggs in Manila!!

Holy mother of book signings! Another really talented author will be gracing our presence here in the Philippines. This hasn't happened in... ever! Geraldine and I are so insanely excited to meet Ransom Riggs, the New York Times Bestselling author of Miss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children aka Creepiest Book Ever. I think it's really cool that both Tahereh Mafi and Ransom Riggs are coming here since it's pretty obvious that they're really close friends, so it's great that they're touring-ish together. Well anyhoo, the event will be on March 3rd (Sunday) at Fully Booked Bonifacio High Street, it will start at 3 PM.

Geraldine and I are literally jumping for joy right now. Well, at least I am. Haha! Here are some deets about the signing:

• Registration will start at 10 AM and it will be a first come, first serve basis. Those who have registered will receive a numbered stub that will serve as your signing pass. Lose the pass, you lose your spot (you'll have to line up again.)
• Only books bought from Fully Booked will be allowed. (Show either the receipt of the book or just the sticker price tag at the back of the book to prove that you purchased it from them.)
• You will be asked to line up 10 minutes before the signing itself and you will also be asked to write your name down on a piece of paper to ensure an efficient and orderly book signing.
• You may purchase the books at the event or at any Fully Booked branches. Miss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children (Hardcover) is at Php 565.00 and (Paperback) Php 399.00.
