Q: Happy Mother's Day! Who is your favorite mom from fiction?

A: That's a hard one... Jocelyn Fairchild from the Mortal Instruments? It's really hard to decide. I actually also like Daphne, Helen's mom, from Josephine Angelini's Starcrossed series. :)

    Haven't read The Mortal Instruments, but I only read the first book of Starcrossed and the mom was sorta the villian in it. Maybe I should read the rest of Starcrossed.

    Hey there! I liked Jocelyn, too. I always hoped she'd be more present in the books. I really like her and Luke together, though - they make a great couple! I hope it's OK I followed via RSS, I have a hard time remembering to check GFC

    I read the first book in the Starcrossed series and didn't like her mother at all, but maybe she gets better in the second book. I really need to finish that series.
