Reasons for why I am super excited to read this:

1) I absolutely LOVED A Court of Thorns and Roses, it was actually the second best of I read last 2015 (the first being Queen of Shadows, obviously). I am really looking forward to seeing Feyre, Tamlin, Lucien, and Rhys (him, most of all) again and finding out what they're up to in this one. I can already imagine ACOMAF to be grittier, more angsty and steamier than ACOTAR.

2) Sarah mentioned how the map gets more filled out in ACOMAF and I'm very excited to explore the world of Pythian even more and see what adventures and dangers lay ahead, as well as see the rest of the Courts and meet their respective fae members. If there's one thing I love about Sarah's writing, it's her incredible world building, every word in every sentence is written to make a reader truly experience the different settings, textures, and feelings. You should check out Sarah's Pinterest board for the A Court of Thorns and Roses series, it's filled with sooo many pretties and will legit tease you about everything. You can see it HERE.

3) A Hades and Persephone retelling? I AM ALREADY THERE. I have always been in love with the Hades and Persephone mythology and I know that Sarah will do the concept justice. Looking forward to seeing how she portrays that in ACOMAF.

4) Major, major cover lust! The covers of the ACOTAR books are my absolutely favourite amongst all of Sarah's novels. And from what she's been hinting, there are some secrets buried in this cover itself and I just cannot wait to uncover them.

5) I will 1000000000% read anything by Sarah J. Maas. Anything. She could write a version of the phone book and I'd still read it.

Reasons for why I am excited for this book:

1) "Prehistoric fantasy with allusions to Pride and Prejudice"? That is legit one of the coolest blurbs I have ever read. The idea of a prehistoric fantasy is such a fresh and completely out-of-this-world concept that I can't help but be impressed that Julie Eshbaugh was even able to come up with something like this!

2) I am really curious about the world-building in Ivory and Bone. Like, how prehistoric are we talking about and will we be seeing any woolly mammoths and sabretooths? God I hope so.

3) Every time I think about how primitive everything will be in this book and I get excited about the different personalities and characteristics the characters will have. And if Julie Eshbaugh delved really deep, maybe even the speech patterns. Since it seems like we're going to be seeing a lot of action in this book, I am looking forward to the different weapons that will be featured (bone-carved spears? Crude axes?). All very exciting! Also, the author blurbs for this book are A+!

Reasons for why I am excited for this book:

1) I first fell in love with the idea of The Star-Touched Queen back when it was entitled The Bride of Dusk and Glass (it was sometime last year when the news of the two-book deal came out), I was so fascinated by the concept of the merging of two mythologies from two very distinct and rich cultures. I feel like the traces of Greek roots will just elevate the richness of the Indian heritage in this novel and I know that this novel is going to be a feast for the senses (I expect to be overwhelmed in the best way possible).

2)  Every time I read the synopsis, I get all kinds of tingly feels because it gives enough information away that a reader will get curious but teases everything else completely. I am so curious about the tree that bears memories, Maya, Amar, the Otherworld, Akaran, the horoscope, oh my god, I want to know about everything. Just gimme this book. I cannot. D y i n g to read.
3) So the original release date of The Star-Touched Queen was May 3rd but then St. Martin's Press decided to release it earlier (moved the pub day to April 26th) because, I'm pretty sure, they knew how freaking amazing this novel is and decided to solve world hunger (for books) by releasing it a week early. Thank you, SMP, for continuously giving us our next fix. #bookjunkie4lyf

Reasons for why I am excited for this book:

1) I am a big supporter of Kate Evangelista and I will pretty much read anything she writes, and her Contemporaries have been pretty successful so far so I have complete trust that No Love Allowed will deliver. (And I've been seeing some great reviews of it so that's a good sign!)

2) I am in absolute cover lust with the cover. When Swoon Reads hosted a voting for the official image, that cover caught my eye and I've been in love with it ever since. It just screams summer Contemporary romance, it has everything working for it.

3) The blurb looks and sounds so good! I cheered for No Love Allowed back when it was just an MS in Swoon Reads's website so I'm all kinds of excited to finally see it published and in bookstores. I just can't wait!

We didn't mean to hold hostage a member of The Ruperts, I swear. At least, I didn't. We are fans. Okay, superfans who spend all of our free time tweeting about the boys and updating our fan tumblrs. But so what, that's what you do when you love a group so much it hurts.

How did it get this far? Who knows. I mean midterms are coming up. I really do not have time to go to hell.

Reasons for why I am excited for this book:

1) I actually heard about Kill the Boy Band at BEA and ever since I was told about it, I pretty much became obsessed with the idea of it (one of my biggest regrets was not being able to grab an ARC at the expo). So yeah, I basically stalked the author and the book everywhere. I read reviews like an addict looking for even the tiniest of fixes just to survive. Yeahp, that was me.

2) I'm not normally a fan of Contemporary books but when people start describing a book with words like "dark", "hilarious" and "unlike anything they've ever read", count me in first in line! Also, super odd but I am kind of in love with Goldy Moldavsky's name, it's cute and just rolls off the tongue.

3) Have you read the blurb? Can you look me in the eyes and tell me that you're not excited for a novel about friends accidentally kidnapping their least favourite band member from their favourite band? See? It sounds so good, am I right? You're welcome.

Reasons for why I'm excited for this book:

1) I am seriously cover-lusting so many books now. The original cover of The Forbidden Wish was already gorgeous as heck but the newer one is beautiful too! The play on colors and gradients make the cover so alluring. I 101% approve.

 2) Loosely based on "Arabian Nights"??? Yes. Please. I am already so there. (Genies! Wishes! Betrayal! Drama! Romance! And a guy named Aladdin, you can only go right with this combination.) Also, I am super loving Jessica Khoury's Pinterest page for The Forbidden Wish, it is glorious. Check out its prettiness HERE. The aesthetics are just adding to my excitement for the books.

3) One of my mottos in life is: Trust in Maas. So when Sarah J. Maas tells me that a book is "... a rare, glittering jewel", I am definitely going to listen. (Now, gimme.)

Reasons for why I'm excited for this book:

1) I will literally read anything Melissa Marr writes, I pretty much author worship her. (Her Wicked Lovely series is still one of my most favourite books of all time. Still rooting for Niall and Irial, heeheehee.)

2) I am so excited about the fact that she's decided to dabble in faerie lore again. Melissa Marr's faeries have always been sexy, dangerous and immensely exciting so I'm looking forward to meeting a whole new set of characters (the blurb is looking real good too, the Black Diamonds sounds like such badass, I swear).

3) That. Cover. It seems so simple but I see the beauty in its brutality (re: the shard piercing the flower). It's captivating and actually very cool.

Reasons for why I'm excited for this book:

1) I love everything happening in that cover, the symbolism of the crown-shaped palace, the girl running towards it and even the gray background that highlights the main parts of the cover, everything is so well-put. Just, holy crap. Love. It.

2) Enchanters, aka badass people with super cool magic, in Russia... during the Ottoman Empire?!?!?! Oh my god. Evelyn Skye, where have you been hiding all my life you genius woman.

Reasons for why I'm excited for this book:

1) The blurb is crazy intriguing, reading it is making me all kinds of curious as to what may happen in the novel. Nothing like a good mystery with unreliable narrators to keep your mind and interest going.

2) So many praises from the all reviews I've seen so far which is always a good sign. But more than that, in my opinion, it's hard to deliver a novel with a twisty prose and the fact that April G. Tucholke got all kinds of great reviews with Wink Poppy Midnight is amazing so color me impressed (and very excited).

3) The overall package of the book is one of the things that really struck me about it, from its trippy yet gorgeous cover to the incredible fascinating blurb, Wink Poppy Midnight just screams "This book will mess you up, in the best way possible".

Any fan of Sarah J. Maas will understand why I am ridiculously excited for this book. But if you're not yet a fan, read the first three books (Throne of Glass, Crown of Midnight and Heir of Fire) and you'll see. Sarah J. Maas is pretty much a Fantasy goddess author person, haha.

I am an absolutely HUGE fan of Penelope Douglas. I loved both Bully (REVIEW) and Until You (REVIEW) so it's really no surprise that I would be excited for Rival. I adored Madoc in the books, he's like the comedic relief with a dark twist. So I was glad to hear that he would have his own book! I just neeeeeeeeed this book, August can't get here soon enough. Seriously. I am willing to dance battle/maim/blackmail/kidnap/sack race someone just to read this book. Yup. That serious.

WHY I AM SO FRIGGIN' EXCITED FOR THIS BOOK:

It's not news that I am a BIG (and I mean, big) Jennifer L. Armentrout fan. I have legit read all her books and I have either cuddled/creeped on/cheek rubbed all her books, sometimes all three. I always anticipate her books because I never want to miss an update... so yes, I do stalk Jennifer Armentrout but seriously, who doesn't? *eyebrow raise* And when I heard that she had a new series coming out about hot gargoyles, hot demons and super hot badassery, I was all:
