Feature and Follow Friday (36)

Feature and Follow Friday is hosted by Parajunkee and Alison Can Read! :)

Q: Is there a song that reminds you of a book? Or vice versa? What is the song & the book?

A: It's most likely because I listened to Demi's whole Don't Forget Album while reading the first two Gallagher Girls books but "Trainwreck" reminds me of I'd Tell You I Love You But Then I'd Have to Kill You.

And P!ink's "Just Give Me A Reason" also reminds me of Kellan and Kiera's relationship in S.C. Stephen's Thoughtless series.

My mom thinks that the song "Torn Between Two Lovers" perfectly fits Thoughtless (for those who have read it, you know what I'm talking about.)

The song "She Wolf (Falling to Pieces)" by David Guetta feat. Sia reminds me so much of the Nightshade series (and the music video is freaking awesome!)

I could probably go all day recommending songs that I think fit a book but these were the first ones that came to mind. :)

NOTE: We would prefer it of you follow us via BLOGLOVIN' or E-MAIL (FEEDBURNER) (please remember to confirm your subscription) or NETWORKED BLOGS and maybe even like us on Facebook? All of which can be found on our sidebar. We're taking a break from GFC. Hahaha!

What song and book do YOU think go together? Leave us a comment with your FF post post and we'll check it out. :) We follow back.

  2. Hopping through. I'm not a Demi fan but I'm more interested in her songs if you associate them with Gallagher Girls. I love that series.

  4. WOW, you were able to pick lots of songs and books! I had trouble picking one this morning, but in the end I managed. I don't know if my trouble came from not listening to music while I read? I tend to become all caught up in the music and the lyrics...

Old follower (GFC and Bloglovin') here's my FF post for this week.

  5. I used to be in love with Demi Lovato sings. She used to be one of my favorite singers, but then she wasn't. That sounded lame, but its true, one day I just didn't want to listen to her songs. But she it still a really good singer.
