Seventeen-year-old Bianca Piper is cynical and loyal, and she doesn’t think she’s the prettiest of her friends by a long shot. She’s also way too smart to fall for the charms of man-slut and slimy school hottie Wesley Rush. In fact, Bianca hates him. And when he nicknames her “the Duff,” she throws her Coke in his face.

But things aren’t so great at home right now, and Bianca is desperate for a distraction. She ends up kissing Wesley. Worse, she likes it. Eager for escape, Bianca throws herself into a closeted enemies-with-benefits relationship with him.
Until it all goes horribly awry. It turns out Wesley isn’t such a bad listener, and his life is pretty screwed up, too. Suddenly Bianca realizes with absolute horror that she’s falling for the guy she thought she hated more than anyone.

Review:

I have just finished this book and I must NOT lie. . . IT WAS AWESOME!!! I love books like these because it is funny and romantic at the same time. I also love a little action and suspense but this is totally optional I am so glad Louisse lent it to me!!! I want to buy a copy for myself too!

I absolutely feel like Bianca and sometimes feel like the DUFF in the whole wide world but this book showed me that DUFFs can have a happy ending too!

I finished this book in like, less than 12 hours because it's like one of THOSE books who, when you put them down, they call your name and make you want to read them! (it's VERY deadly)
Kody Keplinger captured what I thought would be interesting and she definitely did not disappoint.
I don't know for you other people, you might disagree, you might not but I encourage you to read it because it would give you a good laugh on DUFFs and how they can have happy endings too.

  1. I'm so jealous! I've been dying to read this book! I was going to pre-order it from The Book Depository but I already signed up for an ARC tour :( and I'll probably receive the ARC by January :((((
