Waiting on Wednesday (15)

Waiting on Wednesday/s are hosted by Jill from Breaking the Spine in which you choose a book or books that you're excited and waiting for.
This week's Waiting on Wednesday book is:
Title: Invisibility
Authors: Andrea Cremer and David Levithan
Publisher: Philomel/Penguin
Publication date: May 7th 2013
Pre-order the book: Amazon / Barnes and Noble

Stephen has been invisible for practically his whole life — because of a curse his grandfather, a powerful cursecaster, bestowed on Stephen’s mother before Stephen was born. So when Elizabeth moves to Stephen’s NYC apartment building from Minnesota, no one is more surprised than he is that she can see him. A budding romance ensues, and when Stephen confides in Elizabeth about his predicament, the two of them decide to dive headfirst into the secret world of cursecasters and spellseekers to figure out a way to break the curse. But things don’t go as planned, especially when Stephen’s grandfather arrives in town, taking his anger out on everyone he sees. In the end, Elizabeth and Stephen must decide how big of a sacrifice they’re willing to make for Stephen to become visible — because the answer could mean the difference between life and death. At least for Elizabeth.
(Summary from Goodreads)

Why I'm excited for this:
I don't doubt that when I read this book, I'll probably burst into uncontrollable tears. Two insanely talented authors banding to write a completely awesome- and beautiful-sounding novel? Something either really good or bad is bound to happen. I know it's wrong to have high expectations for a book, but I can't help it especially since these are two very talented authors whose books I've loved. I cannot wait to read this and be immersed in such a beautiful story.
